Project Strategy

Product strategy is the foundation that guides what I design, why I design it, and how I prioritize features to meet both user needs and business goals.
In product design, it means I'm not just making things look good; I'm solving real problems in a way that aligns with the broader vision for the product.

Product Strategy
Product strategy is the foundation that guides what I design, why I design it, and how I prioritize features to meet both user needs and business goals.
In my designs, it means I'm not just making things look good: I'm solving real problems in a way that fits the bigger vision for the product.

It usually involves:

  • Understanding the problem deeply: Who are the users? What are their pain points? What market gap are we filling?
  • Defining clear goals: What should this product achieve? (e.g., increase user sign-ups, improve retention, boost engagement)
  • Prioritizing features: Choosing what to design first based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Planning for growth: Designing with a roadmap in mind, what will the product need today, in six months, in two years?
  • Aligning design with business objectives: Making sure my designs push the company’s goals forward (like revenue, user growth, brand loyalty).
